Been a while
So, i’ve been busy lately. Reading, school, homework, reading, homework, oh yeah. And reading. :3
I just recently got done with an incredible book.

Looking for Alaska by John Green. My new hero. :3
I love the way the book is written. It’s first-person, from Miles “Pudge” Halter’s point of view, and i feel Green definitely nailed the angst and attitude of a male junior in high school! I enjoyed the literary aspects of the book too, and smiled with some of his word plays.
The book moved me, and it gave me a new perspective of life. I give this book 5/5 stars, and have even gone so far as to lend it out to let others read it. It is everything i look for in a good book, from a good life lesson, to an amazing story, and even including an incredible plot twist that i had to acknowledge as good as the Star Wars plot twist of “Luke, I am your father.”
But yeah. That and writing for my creative writing class and work have been taking up all of my time! But it will get better. :] always has, always will!
Week 2
Yeah. I finished the second week of school ast week. I gotta say, i LOVE choir and creative writing. :3
It’s legit. And sports med stressed me out. Not naming names, but there’s some people who need to learn to work for their spots… *coughcoughmanagerscoughcough*
Also, we had a choir retreat this weekend. It was phenomenal. And i learned that we have some really truly amazing people in choir this year. :] (yes, i’m a choir nerd, and i LOVE to sing! :3)
So, i’m pretty sure this week deserves a supercoolawesome thumbs up from me. :]

(Yeah. That’s me back in college… ;])
Well, i gotta go sleep, yell at my cousins, and read a new book. (not necessarily in that order.) Later! :~)
Two in 1 day?!?!
Yeah. I decided this was worth blogging about. I was working (i’m a sports med student. I do things like this ——v for FUN.)

As well as keep our players hydrated and preventing injuries.
Well, tonight was our glorified scrimmage where the school comes out to watch and support the team. So we had to work. It was like any other time i’ve worked in the past, until one play. I got RUN OVER by a few guys on the team. I was giving some players some water, and then a play went out of bounds and right into my lap. Almost literally. I was laid out and stepped on. It was hilarious-looking. :P
All in all, it was good. Our boys look good, and i got to see a broken collarbone first-hand (like, it was broken GOOD too!) and do some good ol’ work for the team. :]
Great way to start our season off! :D
The year thus far
So far, on day 3 of my senior year, it’s looking good. I have written a LOT more than i have any other year, but honestly, i love it. it’s all been for creative writing, and it’s been nice. :]
I’ve made quite a few new friends, and it’s going good. Also, i’ve found some cool new sites and whatnot, and i’m enjoying some of the sites that my creative writing teacher has given us. (He’s such a nerd, but at the same time, sooooo cool! haha)
I’m drinking a protein shake and blogging before work (i work as a sports medicine student at my high school) and i texted my friend. She then responded that she has Chai tea… Kinda funny how i was craving that yesterday and had none… Now i want some today too… :P

Well, time to go get ready for work. :]
Stay fly subscribers. Stay cool. And most of all, stay on your toes. You never know when i may come at you with my crazy ideas. ;)
